Getting Your Deposit Back

In order to get your deposit money back as quickly as possible please follow the instructions outlined below. This will eliminate any unneccesary delays.

Make sure you return all the keys to Top Letting Solutions. Please mark each key what room the key opens, and which tenant had that key. You must make sure that all keys are back with us by the last day of your tenancy contract.

All tenants must be up to date with rental payment; if there is anyone on your tenancy who still owes rent this will hinder the return of all the deposits for that property.
