Your Deposit

All deposits collected since 6th April 2007 held by us are registered with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), which ensures that your deposit money is protected during the tenancy.

* If there are no issues at the end of the tenancy we return the deposit promptly

* If there are deductions that need to be taken from the deposit then the landlrod and tenant must agree the amount and then we will return the remaining balance to the tenants

* If there is not an agreement over the amount then there is a "dispute". The dispute passes to the Independent Complaints Examiner (ICE) at this point to be dealt with fairly.
