Maintenance

It is possible to report maintenance issues online through this website. To do this you will need to create an online account by clicking the "Login" tab. Under the "Would you like to Create an Account?" section you can fill your email address as your username so that we can send you a password.

Once you have received this password you will be able to Login and report any issues you are encountering. You will also be able to see a record of all previously reported problems.

Be sure not to wait until Friday afternoon with a maintenance problem as it will be difficult for us to make arrangements to fix the issue in a timely manner.

Emergencies

We define an emergency situation as one which is of dangerous nature, which may be threatening life or could potentially result in injury, public liability or a serious deterioation of the property.

If you experience an issue like above then please contact us and we will endeavour to help you immediately.
 

Minor Maintenance

You are expected to rectify minor maintenance at the property yourself. This covers issues such as lightbulbs needing to be changed, door handles needing to be tightened, or smoke alarm batteries needing to be replaced. This is also expected of you if the toilet ever becomes blocked.
